I have a pain in the pelvis and lower back for a week and it is getting worse, I have an ovarian cyst on my ovaries and my stomach swells much no reason. And I was very sick, I have no idea what is wrong, have no health insurance, if you have suggestions I would really appreciate it have. Thanks
