You must help a converter software for PSP you.

Here I recommend Wondershare DVD to PSP Suite try to tell me a friend. It could help any DVD / video to PSP video with only three steps. They also allow for the effects of the film.
You can download it here:
http://www.daniusoft.com/dvd-to-psp-suit ...

Note:
The PSP is very demanding on the video format. The format will be accepted only MPEG-4.
If the video is already in MP4 format and your PSP firmware version V3.0 at:
1) Create a folder named "MP_ROOT" for the PSP Memory Stick
To build 2) into the folder, a 100MNV01 "File" and a 100ANV01 "folder.
3) If the video in MP4 format, rename it with this format "M4VXXXXX.MP4 'sLove the picture with the format "M4VXXXXX.HTM", XXXXX are five random numbers you want.
4) If your video is MP4, save 100MNV01 folder, but if you and AVC video, save file 100ANV01.
If your PSP firmware version is above V3.0
1) Create a folder called "Video"
2) then copy your MP4 file to this folder, done!

If you have questions, go to see here: http://answers.yahoo.com or just leave an email.

Convert attempt, PSP Video 9 and then it's you an option to copy files to your PSP, then do it. if it does not work, try again. Also, try wat u again not only in the event that something went wrong
