When I was younger, I was also anemic. Throughout my life, I was out out to be "borderline anemia. I do not know if it has broken one, but I also have problems with it. A table lamp made of granite is to me a bruise the size of Manhattan.:)

Only recently had my blood work and everything is in order. I think yes, it could be something with anemia, but he did the right thing to visit the doctor. Do not worry.

Definined Anemia is a deficiency of red blood cells, or a lack of iron in the cells that you have. Excessive bruising can result from a deficiency of platelets or poor diet / poor general health.

There is no reason to believe that would cause a few years ago anemia 4 health problems today, but it is possible that what made him become anemic factors still lead to problems (including hemorrhage) announced today.

I would have him to the doctor. The doctor will perform some blood tests to ascertain whether the absence of platelets or other health problems illess / is at work. If the cause is, it can be treated as a rule.

I have a problem with anemia. It comes and goes. But in my case I have an autoimmune disease. I take extra B12 for anemia. Your child is more tired than you think you should? It is a sign of anemia. I think you have to do the right thing, which he to the DR, he or she may want to perform blood tests. It is really the only way to know whether you are anemic. But if in doubt, always check it out. and if you satisfied with the dr. seek a second opinion.
Good luck

If this is not anemic wouldnt probable cause of their bruises. Contact with the office nurse triage and arrange your document to prove it. It could be a normal kid, with bumps and bruises suffered all of us .. Anemia could be .. and not be scared .. It could also be an indication of something serious (for example, leukemia patients, usually a bruising and fatigue that some of the first symptoms.)
Whatever .. Contact your doctor immediately .. if nothing else for peace of mind.
Good luck ...

According to Pepin, it is not compared to the previous anemia sound is probably a problem of platelets, such as thrombocytopenia, or ITP, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Do you already have the latest virus lately? Can thrombocytopenia.
